Why can't I see my contribution in my online account yet?

If you've transferred money into your account, it can take up to three days to show in your online account.

Fisher Funds’ KiwiSaver and Managed Funds work differently to a bank account. When you make a contribution to your Fisher Funds account, the money you contribute is used to buy units in the funds you’re invested in.

The value of these units changes daily, and because some of our investments are held globally, we need to wait for these markets to close before we can calculate the price of these units. We receive the unit price for your investments two days after the day we receive and invest your money.

This means, if we receive your money on a Monday, we’ll get Monday’s unit price two days later (on the Wednesday). This means your deposit will be priced and will show in your account by the Thursday.

If you still have questions about a contribution you’ve made to your account, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you out.
