Here’s how to request a reminder of your username if you’ve forgotten it.
Open the app and click on the ‘Having trouble logging in?’ link
Then click the 'Forgot username?’ link
Enter your personal details – these will need to match the details we have in our records. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can also reset this by clicking on the 'Having trouble logging in?' and then clicking the 'Forgot password' link.
Select whether you would like us to send your username via email or text message. We'll send you a reminder of your username and you’ll be able to log in to your account.
Note that if your personal details don't match what we have in our system, you'll need to contact us to get your username.
