Here’s how to request a reminder of your username if you’ve forgotten it.
Open the app and select Forgot username on the login screen.
Enter your personal details.
These must match the details we have on record.
Choose how you would like to receive your username, either by email or text message.
We will send you a reminder of your username so you can log in to your account.
If you also need to reset your password, return to the login screen and select Forgot password.
Note that if your personal details don't match what we have in our system, you'll need to contact us to get your username.
