Here’s everything you need to know to reset your mobile app password.
Open the app and select Forgot Password on the login screen.
Enter the username you set up when you registered.
If you have not registered yet, you will need to register first.
If you have forgotten your username, select Forgot Username on the login screen to request a reminder.
Choose how you would like to receive your reset code, either by email or text message.
Enter the code you receive.
Create and confirm your new password.
Enter and confirm a new password. If your password isn't being accepted, you should check that you are meeting all the necessary password criteria.
Once you’ve reset your password you’ll be able to log in to your account using the app.
