Here’s everything you need to know to reset your mobile app password.
Open the app and click the ‘Having trouble logging in?’ link
Enter the username you set up when registering. If you haven't registered, you’ll need to register first. If you’ve forgotten your username, you can also request a reminder online by clicking on the 'Having trouble logging in' link and then the 'Forgot username?' link.
Select whether you would like us to send your reset code via email or text message.
Confirm the code you received.
Enter and confirm a new password. If your password isn't being accepted, you should check that you are meeting all the necessary password criteria.
Once you’ve reset your password you’ll be able to log in to your account using the app.
