The Fisher Funds mobile app is now available to download in the Apple App store and in Google Play.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, if you’re already registered for Fisher Funds Online, simply log in to the app using your Fisher Funds Online username and password and you’re good to go.
If you haven’t used Fisher Funds Online before, you can follow the steps below.
How to register in the app
To register you’ll need to be a Fisher Funds client with an open account and have your email address recorded in our system.
Open the app and click on the ‘Already a client but need online access’ link
Enter your personal details and click the register button. These will need to match the information we hold for you. If your details aren’t being accepted, please check you haven’t included any hidden spaces (before or after any of your information), and that your date of birth is in the correct format (dd/mm/yyyy).
We’ll send you an email to complete your registration – click the link to set up your username and password.
Create a username – you’ll need to use your email address as your username.
Create a password – if your password isn’t being accepted, you can view our password criteria here.
You’re all set up to manage your accounts on the go! When you log in for the first time if you use biometric verification (e.g., your face or fingerprint) on your phone you can click the biometric login link to set this up for the app.
