Enter the username you set up when registering. If you haven't registered, you’ll need to register first. If you’ve forgotten your username, you can also request a reminder online.
Select whether you would like us to send your reset code via email or text message.
Confirm the code you received.
Enter and confirm a new password.
If your password isn't being accepted, you should check that you are meeting all the necessary password criteria.
